Mr. Ahmed Al Hawari
Mr. Ahmed was formerly a defense ministry attorney. He spent nearly 5 years working in the ministry’s legal division. He spent four years working at one of the Sultanate of Oman’s expanding law firms, Al Yahyaei and Salt Advocates and Legal Consultants prior to launching the firm. Mr. Ahmed represents clients in cases involving domestic relations, business disputes, labour law and administrative law.
Mr. Hilal Al Rashdi
Former supreme court judge, an attorney at the supreme court and advisor to the president of the judiciary. Additionally, he served as a judge on the Court of Appeal for more than 25 years while also working for the Administrative Affairs Council.
Mr. Gaiath Eid Younis
Mr. Gaiath has served as a judge and as chief prosecutor. He spent more than 20 years practicing law in Syria as a judge and prosecutor, including his time as a supreme court justice. Mr. Gaiath has spent the last 5 years working in Oman as a lawyer and legal advisor to banks, insurance companies, and construction firms. He has been granted to represent clients before the supreme court and Appellate Court of Sultanate of Oman.
Mr. Mohamed Sobhi Khleifi
Mr. Sobhi is a consultant and director of Ahmed Al Hawari Law Office at Seeb branch. He has an experience of more than 30 years in the courts of Sultanate of Oman in all levels. His long experience has refined his skills as a legal advisor in commercial cases, drafting and auditing contracts.
Ms. Saja Elsheikh
Ms. Saja earned an Honours degree from the university of Khartoum, worked in the ministry of finance in Sudan, then relocated and joined the Fathi Khalil Law Firm and Legal Consultancy. Ms. Saja has specialized intellectual property training and provides legal guidance on all cases under civil law, commercial law, labour law, and shariah law.
Ms. Lukshila Akshini Shricanthan
A competent, driven, and personable graduate of Bachelor of Laws with Honours awarded by the university of Staffordshire, United Kingdom. She is a person with exceptional research and legal skills working as a legal advisor and legal consultant dealing corporate cases.
Ms. Amal Abdella Saeed Al Rahbia
Ms. Amal is an Omani lawyer. She worked as a clerk at Al Seeb court before joining Ahmed Al Hawari Law firm. Commercial litigation and civil practice are her primary practice areas.
Mr. Asaad Saidi
Mr. Asaad is an intern lawyer who joined our law firm to practice law and advocacy and had previously worked as a trainee on the public prosecution after graduating from the university. He has a unique approach to persuasion.
Mr. Awadh Al Mamari
Mr. Awadh is an intern attorney who worked in the Royal Oman Police for 20 years in the department of investigation. He is a primary lawyer with knowledge in writing memoranda and pleadings and managing cases in courts.
Mr. Hamad Al Madhuoshi
Mr. Hamad, a primary lawyer, practices in businesses that handle commercial disputes. He has a broad range of competence in drafting and analyzing contracts and also has experience in courtroom litigation.
Mr. Marwan Al Muaini
Mr. Marwan held several managerial positions in various businesses. He has extensive knowledge of running small business and running legal practice. He is currently the Financial and Administrative Manager at Al Hawari law firm. He coordinate with courts, the Royal Oman Police and the Public Prosecution while managing employee files and financial matters.
